TableCon 2023 : SKYWARD

TableCon 2023 is the third annual, board games and tabletop convention in Northwest Arkansas. Three days of gaming from Friday-Sunday, all ages are welcomed to learn and play new board games from the expansive board game library from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight). Play-to-wins, drawings, tournaments, game giveaways, and more at this family-friendly event.

Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

This is the large event building in the NE corner of the Rodeo of the Ozarks parking lot, accessible off Emma.

WHAT:

  • Free games with badge registration (limited to first 250).

  • Open gaming area in a 7,500 sq. ft convention hall with large tables and plenty of chairs. Bring your favorite games to play with new and old friends!

  • Gaming Library: Didn’t bring games or want to try new games? Our extensive library of board games has over 200 titles to play.

  • Play-to-Wins (P2W): Play a special selection of games and to enter your name in a drawing to win and take home that game.

  • Events: With a badge purchase, you will have access to create and sign up for ticketed events, such as Klask tournament, Swap Meet, and more. Events open July 1. Interested in running an event? Email tablecon@leagueofmeeples.org for more information.

  • Giveaways: Several games and gaming accessories have been donated from publishers, charities, and individuals to be given away during the convention. Must be present to win!

  • Concessions: Snacks, such as cookies, chips, candy, and soda, will be available for purchase. Many amazing local restaurants nearby to explore and grab a quick meal. Food trucks TBD.

BADGE PRICE:

$40 pre-registration (before November 1)
$50 at the door (and the day before on November 2 to allow time for printing/assembly)

This includes entry into the convention for the entire weekend, a free game (first 250 badges), door prizes, open gaming, registering and attending events, library access, play-to-wins (“P2W”), and more!

TICKETED EVENTS:

There will be several returning favorites (Swap Meet, Klask tournament, etc.) and many new favorites! Event registration begins July 1.

What is the differences between a Badge and a Ticket?

A badge gets you in the door, access to the games library and play-to-wins, and the open gaming areas, along with free games and door prizes. A badge will also let you create (submit) and join EVENTS after July 1. Each seat/spot at an event is called a "ticket" in the tabletop.events system. While most events have free tickets, some will have a small cost for supplies, due to the nature of the event, etc.

What is a “Play to Win” (P2W)?

A large portion of the games available to check out and will be given away at the end of the convention. Play select games and have an opportunity to win them. A partnership with Double Exposure to provide even more titles to win.

You must pick up your games by 5 p.m. Sunday. Remaining games will be donated to a local board game charity.

For any games that were unplayed, there will be a random drawing.
